COMBINED ROCHESTER DASH-F RATING ON 10-POINT SCALE:
DISTANCE/POSITION: 9
AUDIO: 10 (rating for audio upgrade sources)
STEADINESS: 8
HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 8
FOCUS: 8

AVERAGE QUALITY = 8.50 (excludes Distance/Position)
PROS: Excellent audio source and vocals; Larry's overall musicianship; "Gates of Eden" a relatively rare treat; good close-ups, panning, zooming; cool shots of a very enthusiastic crowd; fine performance of "Ring Them Bells" at the Portland show.
CONS: Poor resolution on extreme close-ups; not enough of Charlie up close; clipped cut Portland tracks.

DISTANCE/POSITION:
Both cams from left balcony. Filmers achieve good panning and zooming with Dylan head-to-toe or waist up much of the time

AUDIO:
AS 1 & 3 excellent. No echo, cuts, or clipping with up-front vocals. AS 2 not as good, but needed to fill the missing band intros and transition to following song.

STEADINESS: Both sources relatively steady, VS 2 a bit steadier

HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: Both sources relatively unobstructed, VS 2 a bit better

FOCUS/COLOR/LIGHT/RESOLUTION: VS 2 is better than VS 1, but VS 1 has more close-ups

EDITING: Disc author used more of VS 1 since VS 2 was sound upgraded previously as D292.su

PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS: Typical 2000 show, i.e., a great show; Larry's overall musicianship; "Gates of Eden" a relatively rare treat; a very enthusiastic crowd; Bob's joke about Larry's hurt toe during intros.
