Sound upgraded with excellent Schubert recording (LB-9706)
Video sourced from original AVCHD files.
Audio and video assets edited in iMovie 6.0.3; authored, multiplexed and burned to VIDEO_TS folder in iDVD 7.1.2 (Professional Quality 2-pass variable bit rate encoding).

As indicated by the sub-title, this is a re-authoring of the original video files used for D1012. The sound upgrade source is the same excellent Schubert (LB-9706) recording. The primary difference is that this item is presented on one dual-layer disk, so it should be attractive to those fans who prefer that format. The use of stills to fill the missing songs ("Desolation Row" and "Highway 61 Revisited) is also more liberally applied. Like D1012, this one earns 5-Stars for excellent sound and HD video and the stunning close-ups captured by our unidentified videographer.
