This show received rave reviews when it first appeared as D236 and D236.su back in 2004. With the recent release of a second camera in the coops2009 upload of D689.m, the program has been enhanced greatly. While the D236 camera afforded many stunning close-ups from the left side, the D689.m footage provides a clear, relatively steady and unobstructed view from the right side of the auditorium. The first two songs are now represented in good quality, and fills for shaky/obstructed material on disk 1 are now present.
The audio source for this upgrade differs from the Crystal Cat that was used for D236.su. In the editor's judgment, the Crystal Cat was a bit harsh in some of the peaks, so the alternate source, judged to be A+ at the Lossless Bob site, was used instead.
Dylan's vocal performance is riveting, especially the special treat of "The Ballad of Frankie Lee and Judas Priest" and the strong performance of "Hard Rain".
Unfortunately, the D689.m footage only runs through the first 13 songs, so this one gets a 4+, which I'll leave at 4.
