*There are two versions of Disk 2 because "All Along The Watchtower" was found on a tape after the first version was released. Version 1 used stills for missing video and also has a sub-menu error indicating 10 songs instead of the correct 11 (see Title Menu screenshot). Version 2 restores video for "All Along The Watchtower" except for a brief clip replaced by a still at the beginning.
