Authors Notes:VHS -Canopus - Imovie -Idvd - U, transfer and sound upgraded with the soundboard audio by Cr8ed
Originally this was going to just be a straight transfer -
but the snap and crackle of the audio was really bugging me -
so I scooped up my Sound Board and upgraded it.PROBLEMS - (well no problems, only solutions)
• the 20 year old VHS had gaps and probably got stretched a bit.
• the CD has silence in between songs.
• the recorder constantly goes from stage to screens.
• I had no special software to work with.What I did was,I used the original audio from the tape in between songs -
and lined up the SB as best as I could -
I admit there are spots where it is off -
not too many -
but I think the original audio would have bummed people out.The video is probably a B rating -
This was a complete labor of love -
been working on this for a few weeks -
so I hope you all enjoy -
