COOPS2009 NOTES FOR MS-152:
Remember even if you have some of the Daves films already that at best your copies will be 2 generations poorer than anything in the Masters series, so get em all.
These will be with original sound though many will feature as sound upgrades eventually with my two mates Yassou and Madhasse helping out

COOPS2009 NOTES FOR MS-086:
The opening night of Bob Uk shows in 1995
Amazing to see how Jackson has developed since last time This isn't the best show of the run but its certainly a good one.

LB NOTES FOR LB-6256:
I did not harm the sound of the recording in any way

DIFFERENCES & IMPROVEMENTS OVER MS-152.msu/D2001.msu
-stills filled with moving clips where footage available on alternate camera
-new top and track menus

PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS:
-first concert of the Spring 1995 UK tour, one of the best runs ever
-very respectful crowd, especially on quiet acoustic numbers
-strong vocals throughout, many with Dylan center stage sans guitar
-a meaty and mean Down In The Flood”
-great harp on several songs, specially on “I Want You” and “It Ain’t Me,
Babe”
-rocking “Tangled Up In Blue” highlighted by Watson’s intense drumming
-tender, heart-felt vocal and harp on “Mr. Tambourine Man”
-Baxter unseen but excellent dobro on “Mr. Tambourine Man”
-Dylan compliments Jackson’s acoustic picking on “Mr. Tambourine Man” (with
good reason!), and also compliments him again during the band intros
-Dylan tells audience after the band intros that: “We’re getting out of here
right now. We got places to be, things to do.”
-Baxter excellent mandolin on “Boots Of Spanish Leather” and on “Mama, You Been On My
Mind”
-sounds like a false start on “Mama, You Been On My Mind” with Jackson
starting to play “Don’t Think Twice, It’s All Right”
-cool guitar interplay by Jackson and Dylan on “Mama, You Been On My Mind”
-spooky “Man In The Long Black Coat”
-interesting phrasing on “Like A Rolling Stone”
-impassioned vocal on “Man In The Long Black Coat”
-acoustic flat-picking guitar clinic on “It Ain’t Me, Babe”
-lest we forget, Garnier’s solid bass work throughout
-“Dignity” (in word, in deed, and in-the-flesh!)

DISTANCE/POSITION: 8-11 (right balcony 10˙) (camera follows Dylan with some panning and zooming from head-to-toe to waist up; Baxter on far right rarely seen except when standing next to Garnier)

AUDIO: 15 (superlative LB-6256)

STEADINESS: 11 (jittery and sometimes shaky between songs or cut parts, but quite watchable)

HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 14 (unobstructed except body occasionally on the right)

FOCUS: 12 (good color though too vivid in red and orange/adequate light/soft focus)

EDITING: missing song, cuts, clips and transitions between songs filled w/movie clips or stills where movie clips not, and to maintain a/v sync (see setlist details)
