It's always nice to come across a five star concert when you don't expect it and this is such a one. I've always had a thing for 97 and 98 concerts so I just traded for a few more....glad I did !

Picture is very steady and sharp most of the time with good colours. The sound is OK except for the drums which aren't too well recorded.
We see all the band at various times but mostly Bob and Larry.
The closest we get is Bob from the waist up with very few heads in the way, although it does get more difficult for the taper towards the end of the concert as people begin to stand.
The bad news.....we only get half of Absolutely Sweet Marie and we lose the middle of Can't Wait.
The good news.....all the songs are wonderful....my own favourite is Million Miles or maybe It Ain't Me,Babe or Tangled or Queen Jane or the Status Quo style Highway 61 !
....dammit,they're all good...you pick one!
One of those shows where Bob is really 'into' it...I can't praise
this one enough. Get it....you won't regret it!

Praise for the taper & disc author on this one.
This is a great show. The camera is close, clear, & steady most of the time. Bob hams it up on stage. Does a little slide shuffle across the stage several times. Looks right at those in the front row... more than once.

During Million Miles he sings, "I know plenty of people that would put me up for a day or two," looks at drummer Kemper with a big grin & says, "at least I think I do"

During TIFILWY he is really looking at the crowd & smiling! Before the song ends he takes off his guitar & shakes hands with some of those on the front row. Then walks off leaving the band to finish the song! Great stuff!
