Based on the excellent sound source from Bobby Bourbon, and Tom P.'s usual expert panning and zooming, this is a very enjoyable DVD. The secondary source (D293) is sourced from a 2nd generation VHS tape, and thus degraded. However, since the primary Tom P. source is missing some songs and has some obstructed stretches, we are very fortunate that D293 was available to fill the gaps with video as opposed to stills.
If you've seen any of the MSG shows from January 1998, you'll be familiar with the setlist. Dylan puts in a strong performance, with four songs from his "Time Out Of Mind" album included. One of my favorite performances is Dylan's vocal on "Absolutely Sweet Marie where he stretches the lyrics to fit the meter in an innovative manner.
Not quite a '5,' but a solid '4+.'
