This is another film from the experienced hand of Tom P., the man who's responsible for many of the fine late 90s and early 2000s videos in our catalog. It was filmed in HD, mostly steady close-ups of Dylan. Security was tight, so the filming didn't get started until the sixth song, but the program is mostly complete after that. Because alternate audio has not appeared, this DVD-5 (standard definition) edition was produced so folks could see a relatively complete example of the U.S. summer tour. (D1051 contains nine songs from four shows sourced from unknown cams posted to blogs and youtube.) Editing is kept to a minimum, with obstructions and shaky parts left untouched. If/when better audio becomes available, a re-edited DVD and a Blu-Ray will be produced.

That said, this is a worthy addition to the DVDylan catalog, and rates a 3+ rating.
