I nearly didn't go to this concert, and if you watch this film you'll see why I'm glad I did.
The first half of Things Have Changed is as good as any audience filmed Bob Dylan DVD I've seen, and I've seen seven.

There's a 2 camera aspect here - one close and sharp, the other a bit further away and less clear, and when the first mechanism is activated the thing sings.

There is energy and engagement and enthusiasm, more than I've seen onstage since 1995 or 2000 when he really seemed to try.
