LB NOTES ON THE AUDIO:
I renamed the original files according to:
http://wiki.etree.org/index.php?page=NamingStandards
Drop d1t08@0:21; 1:05. Excellent sound, A-
FURTHER NOTES ON THE AUDIO:
LB notes on LB-12778 state that "in 3-way comparison [LB-12778, LB-4495 and LB-9051] are different recordings based on different crowd at end of track 1; in comparison [LB-12778] has a fuller sound than LB-4495 and LB-9051; background talking track 5 and track 18; very good to excellent sound [B+]"
The disc author found that LB-4495 was a better choice for the sound upgrade because the audience chatter was cut down considerably and the sound was less harsh than the other choices.

IMPROVEMENTS OVER D096
—sound upgraded
-has track menu
-missing obstructed and shaky parts filled with still frames
-split into two discs
PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS:
-Dylan mostly sticks to acoustic guitar, even on songs more often played with electric
-long outros on some songs rather tedious
DISTANCE/POSITION: 8-15 (center balcony) (mostly zoomed in on Dylan and Wallace, but zoom outs and pans reveal other players)
AUDIO: 12/13 (B+/A-): (very good/excellent LB-4495) (slightly muted, but audience chatter mostly eliminated; Dylan's voice high in mix and instruments well-separated; heavy rain drops can be heard at times)
STEADINESS: 8 (jittery but watchable; some off-target spots)
HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 8 (some obstructions)
FOCUS: 6 (source DVD probably came from a 2nd or 3rd gen tape, so image is not very sharp; sufficient light and rather dull color)
EDITING: missing songs filled with stills; a few brief audio cuts filled with DVD soundtrack; audio & video cut 1:49:19 before encore
