Notes from the taper/uploader, Dylan1:

"Just under an hour long, this film includes fragments of most songs. It was extremely hard to capture complete songs, as the film was shot from very close to the stage.
Security were often on the look out so the camera had to go down multiple times. Filming is often shaky due to standing next to excitable Italians!
If anything, it gives you a good flavour of being near the front at a Dylan gig in 2008."

Not a full review. I have hundreds of audience shows, and I've been to a hundred shows, but watching this one, more than any other to me, is like actually being there. What I like about it from the start is you see Bob's crew on the stage, you hear the introduction, and you see Bob and band making their entrance. It's just like you've been wating in a GA line all day long and finally the moment you've been waiting for finally arrives, and there's Bob in front of you, in the flesh. It's not unlike any outdoor Dylan show I've attended and probably because of this, it puts me there, almost like deja vu. That's why I like it so much. The one difference is there doesn't seem to be a really big crowd when Bob comes out. But I really like it because it reminds me so much of the outdoor shows I've been to in parking lots, parks and fairgrounds. No need for me to get the menued, upgraded, or any other altered version of this either. This raw footage suits me fine, and nothing wrong with the audio either. And like Camilo has already noted below, who cares if the songs are truncated and the camera is shaky. The video is so close!

Well, this dvd has got to be one of my favorites. Yes it's shaky, yes there are some cameras and a few heads in the way, but IT IS SO UP CLOSE. The shots of Bob are great of his face, really. It's worth following it around with your eyes to see it. The songs are not complete. Some of the clips repeat, but who cares.

I love the band intro. I think he introduces 2 people that aren't there. He thinks he's really funny.

For those of you who could care less about stupid Bob stuff, don't read further. For those poor souls like me, read on.

Also At 9 minutes and 55 seconds, it seems to me that Bob expels a bit of gas...maybe not, but it looks like it.
