This is a rather unique disc. Usually, I'm not a huge fan of discs that pretty much just fixate on Bob (at the expense of ever showing the band), but in this case, I'm ok with it. This is one brave taper who was pretty much right on the stage. Unfortunately, because of his bravery, half of the concert is spent either hiding from security or trying to avoid the video being blocked. That said, when he finds Dylan, he zeros right and in gives a great shot of him. The lighting is very unnatural, but it's not that big of a deal. The chance to see every quirky gesture and expression from Bob is very worthwhile.

Unfortunately, the first three songs are missing, several others are cut, and the Simon duets are missing the middle song. In light of the taper's courageousness, I'm forgiving! Great work and very enjoyable for an incomplete video.

I am a bit puzzled by the fact that the sound has since been upgraded for this disc. There's not much really WRONG with the sound on this version. It's not perfect, but if people want to do sound upgrades, there are SO many recordings which are in MUCH MUCH MUCH worse need of such things.

Interesting video recording - shot from very close to the stage (maybe third row) it centers on Dylan more or less in close-up throughout and there aren´t TOO many heads, hairs, hands in front of the taper. Sadly a rather unusual (?) problem occurs: the spotlights in combination with the rather small focus make Dylan´s face seem unnaturally bleached most of the time. So that his, let´s say, "strange" facial expressions - which one usually doesn´t have the chance to witness at such a close range - have an uncanny, almost vampire-film-like touch here.
The menue is wrong on one point - it isn´t "If Not for You" with which the DVD starts, but "It´s All Over Now, Baby Blue".
