DIFFERENCES & IMPROVEMENTS OVER D147/D1195
-sound upgraded
-missing and defective parts filled w/stills
-new top and track menus

PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS:
-very “into-it” crowd, especially during “Masters Of War” and “It Ain't Me, Babe”
-a particularly well-performed “Don't Think Twice, It's All Right” with cool
guitar duet by Jackson & Dylan & Baxter’s mandolin
-scorching lead on “All Along The Watchtower” by Jackson
-great mandolin by Baxter on “Masters Of War”
-Watkins working out those drums on “Tangled Up In Blue”
-Dylan’s harp on “Tangled Up In Blue” & “Don't Think Twice, It's All Right”
-heartfelt vocal on “I’ll Remember You”
-Tony’s bass line through the whole show.

DISTANCE/POSITION: 8-15 (left balcony 10˙ encores phlox close))(full stage to close-up on Dylan’s face; effective panning and zooming)

AUDIO: 13 (very good LB-6103/LB gives it B+, but sounds more like A-)

STEADINESS: 12 (mostly steady)

HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 14 (virtually unobstructed)

FOCUS: 11 (adequate light and quite colorful, but reds too intense, especially when combined with white spotlight on Dylan’s face; focus mostly good)

EDITING: stills and clips used for missing song, parts of songs and transitions between songs (see setlist details)

Bucky Baxter (pedal steel guitar, electric slide guitar, mandolin)

COOPS2009 Notes on MS-147/D1195:
Remember even if you have some of the Daves films already that at best your copies will be 2 generations poorer than anything in the Masters series, so get em all. These will be with original sound though many will feature as sound upgrades eventually with my two mates Yassou and Madhasse helping out

LB NOTES FOR LB-6103
I did not harm the sound of the recording in any way; bittorrent download 05/08; different recording than LB-3452 based on different crowd at end of d1t8; in comparison this has fuller sound but is not as warm and not as upfront sounding; very good to excellent sound [B+]
