WARNING: If you're an acrophobiac, you might do well to steer clear of this unique film. Shot from the high left balcony of the New Jersey Performing Arts Center (see screenshots), our intrepid filmer, the venerable Mr. Tom P., was aiming his trusty Hi8 camera at about a 75 degree angle straight down on Dylan and the 11th incarnation of the Never Ending Tour Band. Lest you think that such an angle would result in an unsatisfactory film, please rest assured that the result is an entertaining romp through a great setlist. The first two and a half songs weren't filmed, but the remainder is virtually complete, remarkably steady, close-up, and unobstructed despite Mr. P.'s compromised vantage point. The setlist is a nice mix of standards and newer songs, with four representatives from "Time Out Of Mind" gracing the proceedings.

The disk author provided stills for the missing and obstructed parts, and utilized the sterling LB-7647 recording for the sound upgrade. So, if you fear heights, please relax. Sit back, avert your eyes, and listen to a wonderful performance that has been preserved due to the efforts of Tom P. and the unknown audiographer.

While some might differ, I give this full marks based on uniqueness and performance alone.
