-Sexton’s country flat picking on “County Pie”
-fine backup vocals by Campbell and Sexton, especially chilling on “Blowin’
In The Wind”
-exceptional rendition of “Blind Willie McTell”

DISTANCE/POSITION: 9-15 (left rear 45˙) (less than ideal position as people were passing and standing in front from the end of the second song until the end of the sixth; but the filmer did a good job of shooting between bodies until the traffic eased at the end of the sixth song and beyond; Dylan and Garnier seen the most with Campbell and Sexton getting their due; Kemper unseen behind speaker stack except for his hat)
AUDIO: 15 (superlative Crystal Cat recording - LB-0047) (one reviewer commented that this was “one the poorest of the Crystal Cats;” the disc author found it it to be quite acceptable)
STEADINESS: 11 (tough going until the seventh song when it greatly improves)
HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 1 (tough going until the seventh song when it greatly improves)
FOCUS: 15 (rich color and excellent light; sharp focus)
EDITING: stills employed to fill cuts and missing songs; brief audio gap had to be dealt with before “Watching The River Flow” (see setlist details)

COOPS2009 NOTES FOR MS-176:
Remember even if you have some of the Daves films already that at best your copies will be 2 generations poorer than anything in the Masters series, so get em all.
These will be with original sound though many will feature as sound upgrades eventually with my two mates Yassou and Madhasse helping out
LB NOTES FOR LB-0047:
none
RELATED NOTES FOR OTHER LB ITEMS:
LB-11623: in 3-way comparison, raw schubert (LB-5686) has the warmest sound, then the Crystal Cat (LB-0047), and then this (LB-11623); this has a narrower sound than the others
LB-10139: same recording as LB-0047, but fixed by jtt, who found it to be one of the poorest Crystal Cats
