This is a relatively nice recording, with a two-camera setup ensuring a pretty nice experience. One camera shoots from up high on Bob's right, the other is virtually straight-on and up a bit also.
This distance is four stars to me-- plenty of nice shots of the whole band, and plenty of Bob, but only in a head to knees shot.
The audio is three or four stars-- an audio upgrade would be nice, because this is merely ok.
Steadiness and heads are five star all the way-- mostly because of the dual cameras, which means you've pretty well always got a good shot, and the cameras are high enough that there's no interference from other fans.
Focus, light, colors is probably four star. This isn't especially low-gen looking-- it's a bit dark and a bit fuzzy, but definitely watchable.
The video is quite nice, the show, on the other hand, seems oddly rushed. Songs like "I Want You" and "Joey" are just BLOWN through. The biggest highlight here is the beautiful one-off of "The Times We've Known".
Nice professionals menus and chapters here, with filler of four songs from 7/27/99 ("Hard Rain", "Love-0", "Tangled" and "Highlands"). Unfortunately, these clips don't have ths upgraded sound which is common on other recordings of that show... so they're merely ok.
All in all this is a quality document of 1998, not essential, but enjoyable.
