Thanks to Smugley for this DVD. The sound quality is satisfactory, although it drops out now and then like a gallows' trap door. There are two cameras: one has a great view from stage right and the other gives you a wide shot from the front but is too far back and should have been left out. Both "Lovesick" and "It Aint Me, Babe" feature some kind of slow-motion special effect, something I've seen done to Grateful Dead concert footage edited by stoners. Phil Lesh, the bass player for the Grateful Dead, sits in on the final two numbers. The video of "Not Fade Away" gets so out of sync with the sound that I was reminded of "Eat the Document." Dylan's performance is rock solid and he is visibly enjoying his night at the office. He displays the ethereal body language of a phantasm, or a fog bank robber. The version of "Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat" has a sublimely ridiculous moment: after Dylan sings all the verses and is jamming on his electric guitar with the band, somebody in the crowd throws a leopard-skin hat at the stage and it lands right on his microphone. This DVD is a diamond in the rough. If somebody used only the footage shot with the closer camera, if possible, and upgraded the sound, it would probably be five stars.

Hi All,
Just a few words on the DVD. This is shot from two cameras; one from the center and one from the left of the stage. Personally, I really enjoyed watching this show. It's a warm atmosphere, great set list and Bob is in fine form. He is more animated during this show than I've seen him in others. The sound is is average for an audience recording. The piture is really good most of the time. There are the occasional gitches throughout, but don't let this detour you. THIS SHOW IS WORTH HAVING!
Hope this helps :-)
