New York, New York (24-Nov-10)

The screen shots say about it all for this one. It's unfortunate that the filmer didn't have a camera with a better zoom and higher resolution, but we're lucky enough to have this record of the Fall 2010 NYC run. I'm giving this one a '4' on the basis of the excellent sound track that was available for the upgrade, the fine performance by Dylan, and the good view of the images projected on the back screen. One thing that I've noticed over the years is that Bob seems to save his voice for the newer songs, with less of the growling and re-arranged vocals that make his performances of the older songs hit or miss affairs. Hence, the best songs to my ear are "Beyond Here Lies Nothin'", "The Levee's Gonna Break" and "Forgetful Heart", though I have to admit that the charged version of "Gonna Change My Way Of Thinking" made me want to testify.
