Something different (look at the screenshots). Nicely made and really enjoyable.
D601 MEL'S CHRONICLES, VOLUME ONE
Mel Prussack is a 64 year old New Jersey pharmacist with a heavy duty Dylan obsession. D601, a blend of good-looking pro-shot and mixed-quality private footage, tells you all you want to know (and more) about Mel, his family and friends. It also (without meaning to) speaks powerfully on the subject of "fandom". About Bob and his art, though, it has nothing of note to say (though, in fairness, nor does it claim otherwise). Maybe it's an American thing, or maybe I'm just a humourless old twonk, but these less than jolly japes leave me cold. Not recommended.

I have seen this DVD many times and am astonished
each time. Mel is perhaps the most creative and
inspiring Dylan fan to walk the earth. This DVD
provides us with insight into Mel, the genious...
It is clear that he could have easily been a cutting
edge film maker. He sings well, and his band is pretty
incredible. I love this DVD, and highly recommend it to
Dylan fans and just fans of rock and roll music in general!
Thank you Mel.
