Notes from "The Ghost":

BOTH* FILMS ARE RAW AND UNEDITED

These have have circulated previously with redubbed sound. This was done in the days before digital (BD). This meant that replacing the sound meant losing the original sound(as it was overdubbed) or making a copy and replacing the sound on that. The latter method happened for both these films, first gen copies were sent to Belgium where they were redubbed,of course the engineers (BD) did the same thing and made a copy of THEIR copy which was redubbed. To sync the sound the orginal video was stopped periodically resulting in very minor disruptions here an there which are not evident here. The other day whilst dusting of the cobwebs in my huge archive I discovered I still had both these films off the original master. I have the oK to post these in the firm faith that they will one day soon get redubbed the digital way. We can all hope.

VHS E-30 cassettes on a JVC Camcorder (unknown model) > VHS Master> DVD

If you already have these film from the redubbed 3rd gen copies you will see a marked improvement here.

*Disk author's note: The original upload had both Rotterdam and Birmingham 1987, but only Rotterdam was used for this upgrade.
