3 stars: average rating as a dvd, however, from other aspects such as enjoyment, experience, performance, convenience, & other factors, it would rate around 4 - 4.5 stars.
framing: from the knee - up. in spite of the lack of steadiness, framing is rather decent. however there is quite a bit of the wondering cam syndrome.
filming: mostly we have bob. g. e. does show up at points throughout.
steadiness: steady enough to watch. though the view is moving about or somewhat shaking most of the time.
picture: clear enough all around, most of the time. screenshots give an accurate depiction, though it seems it was a bit more clear on me telly:

obstructions: sometime, not all the time. i can’t tell if the line of view is being blocked or it is the wondering cam syndrome.
sound: good enough.
performance highlights: disease of conceit: a little flashback to '65. bob bangs it out on the piano.
even though: what good am i?, most of the time, & disease of conceit were released in '89. these versions are somewhat rearranged, which is not necessarily a bad thing, of course!
d508 highlights: if you don't have more than 30 minutes to spare, you find it hard to tear yourself away from a dylan show on video, you like bob's live shows from '88 - '90, & you gotta have your dylan fix,
pop this disc in & you're there! relief from dylan withdrawal!
appropriately enough, the last line you hear is: the hour is getting late!
authoring: the copy i viewed had no authoring. it had software randomly generated generic menu/chapters.
gig video time: 24 min. 36 sec.
