NOTE: The editor used the new-to-circulation left balcony source video except in cases where there were cuts, in which case the previously-circulated (but lower generation) right balcony source was used. A subsequent item will reverse the priority.

PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS:
-Dylan's comments about NYC in the band intros
-Dylan's two jokes about Kemper in the band intros
-overall great performance and setlist (see reviews at boblinks)

DISTANCE/POSITION: 8 (camera mostly frames four players, zooms to two players occasionally; shot from left balcony)

AUDIO: 13 (excellent sound albeit a bit on the harsh side; the editor chose to use the harsher source because the other source cut applause between songs which would have necessitated cuts in the video)

STEADINESS: 14 (mostly steady/goes off-target occasionally)

HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 14 (mostly unobstructed)

FOCUS: 12 (excellent color and resolution except on zoom; distance may have limited camera's capability)

EDITING: Probably due to the length of the concert, the source video and audio editors cut applause, even between songs on one audio source; this necessitated video and audio fills as detailed in the set last details; since there were two video sources, one from the left balcony and one from the right balcony, the editor was able to use video clips rather than stills to fill missing/obstructed parts; occasional a/v sync problems were fixed by adding brief stills before some songs.

(73min+72min), version "d"; mis-described with info ffrom LB-1257
bittorrent download 02/14; different recording than LB-1257 based on
different crowd at end of d1t9; in comparison this has a fuller warmer
sound; (did not listen to all of this)

BOOTLEG
3 CDs (74min+74min+79min) (CD 3 is filler)
excellent sound (A); same recording as LB-0542 based on same clapping wavs at end of d1t1; in comparison this has had levels raised with compression and made harsher and narrower
(a bittorrent from 02/11 is a close eac match on d1t1 with fewer digital flaws; described as "JTT, February 2011" with filenames like "Disc 1Bob Dylan - In The Garden 2001_Disc 01Track 01.flac"; xref-00704); drop d3t4 6:27; drop/cut between cdrs; multiple digi-pops starting d3t5 through d3t14
