DASH-F RATING ON 10-POINT SCALE:

DISTANCE: 8
AUDIO: 10
STEADINESS: 6
HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS: 6
FOCUS: 7

AVERAGE QUALITY = 7.25 (doesn't include Distance since it's unclear how that factors in)

VIDEO SOURCE:
Hi8 tape probably sourced from a 1st generation tape.
1st song missing; last song substantially cut.

DISTANCE/POSITION:
Upper balcony
30 degrees left of center
Filmer behind rail in upper part of balcony shooting between couple sitting in last row of
lower part of balcony.
Zoom used to good effect with many waist and above captures; panning limited due to narrow window so little opportunity to see Campbell and Baxter on the wings.

SOUND:
Excellent: vocals upfront; no distortion, clipping, or echo

STEADINESS:
Camera unsteady between songs when camera raised and lowered, and occasionally during songs due to crowd movement.

HEADS/OBSTRUCTIONS:
Filmer had a narrow window and the couple in front often cuddled or talked thus closing the window entirely.

FOCUS/COLOR/LIGHT/RESOLUTION:
Color is good, but grainy on close-ups; focus generally good except when camera adjusts to obstructions; venue fairly dark thus affecting the capability of the camera to collect enough light to maintain a sharp resolution. Distance also a limiting factor.

PERFORMANCE/HIGHLIGHTS/SPECIAL MOMENTS:
Strong vocals by Dylan with compelling harmonies from Campbell and Baxter. Very nice acoustic set with "Masters Of War" a highlight. No harp; effective picking by Dylan when Campbell plays fiddle during "Friend Of The Devil." Voices in the crowd at the end of "Leopard-Skin Pill-Box Hat" call out "Bruuuce," thinking that Springsteen might be hanging out in his hometown.

EDITING:
Stills used to fill the missing/cut songs, but otherwise kept to a minimum. Once songs get started, filmer generally maintains a steady shot.
