As noted in the description, this is not a sound upgrade. Fortunately, the original camera sound from the two master tape sources is decent enough to make this enjoyable to listen to. (A sound upgrade is in the works, and will be made available if a/v sync problems can be resolved.) It is, of course, more than enjoyable to watch, even if the primary camera's light-collecting ability is a bit challenged when the lights are low.

Although the two video sources are both shot from the left balcony, they complement each other nicely. What is missing or obstructed on the primary source is preserved in good quality on the other, thus making it possible for the editor/author to stitch together a program with virtually no stills for filler. In addition, the skill of the two filmers is evident in the regular pans and zooms that keep things interesting.

The show itself is excellent. The Dylan/Simon collaborations work out well, with Paul's voice being more front-and-center on "The Sound Of Silence," with good reason as Dylan's growl is less than Garfunkel-like. The two hit some nice harmonies on "Forever Young," however, although Paul does forget the second couplet of Verse 2.

Dylan's set is great, with the harp playing on "Just Like A Woman" and "Don't Think Twice" standing out. Bob's singing performance on "Not Dark Yet" should be listened to by every Dylan-detractor in the whole wide universe.

All in all, a solid 4 Stars, and a nice companion to the previously-released D790.su.
